Shipping policy:

We ship goods to any mainland UK address. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £6.95 including VAT.  Other carriage charges apply to goods shipped to Northern Ireland and Scotland - these charges will be shown at the checkout stage.

Returns policy:

We will accept returns on any order, provided that the product is unopened and shows no sign of damage, within 10 days of the customer receiving the product. Shipping cost incurred with returns is solely the responsibility of the shipper.

For any damaged or defective shipments, merchandise should be either rejected upon delivery, or call our customer enquiries number within 3 days of receiving, and obtain a return authorization from Active Pet Feeds Ltd at +44 (0) 1953 883701.
